Blast access

Setting up a customer to send blasts is just two simple steps:

  1. In your Control Center, open up the company record for your customer (e.g. ABC Construction), and enable the toggle on the right side to grant the company access to blasts.
  2. From there, in the Users section, make sure that this company has at least one user, and that it is marked as verified and trusted.

When a user logs into the planroom, it will display the "My Dashboard" button at the top right if is it an approved user for a company that has access to blasts.

Your customer can click the "My Dashboard" button now to manage their contacts and send blasts. Note that contact and blast data is company specific, not user specific. So you can have multiple approved users all under the same company, and they can all share access to the same data.
