Two-factor authentication
Your Control Center provides two-factor authentication for administrators for significantly upgraded account security.
Authenticator apps
If you don't already have a 2FA app on your phone, you'll need to get one set up before you can enable 2FA on your Control Center account.
If you use a password manager like 1Password or Dashlane (which we strongly encourage!) your password manager likely can handle your authentication tokens, and would be the best app to use.
Otherwise, here are some standalone apps to consider:

- 2FAS: https://2fas.com/
- Authy: https://authy.com/
- Microsoft Authenticator: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/security/mobile-authenticator-app

Enabling two-factor authentication
Click on your user profile photo or initials at the very top-right of your Control Center and select My Profile.
From there click on the Security tab and you'll see an option to enable 2FA.
You will be given a QR code you can scan with the authenticator app on your phone or a setup code you can copy/paste. Your authenticator app will then start generating numeric tokens. You will need to enter the token back in the "verify" field to complete the 2FA setup process.
Sign in with two-factor authentication
Once 2FA is enabled, you will be prompted for an authentication code the next time you sign in to your Control Center account.
Reviewing 2FA setup for your team
You may want to require all your team members to set up 2FA for security.
To see which users have 2FA enabled and who still needs to go through the process, go to your Planroom Settings area and the Administrators tab. You will see an icon for each administrator showing whether 2FA is set up or not.
